Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our operations at Trio Manufacturing. This position is essential in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while supporting our sales initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized support to customers by addressing various inquiries, including quotes, sample requests, and pricing-related tasks.
  • Process all purchase orders, confirming receipt with customers and providing estimated shipping dates and tracking information.
  • Facilitate communication regarding customer-related matters with the brand manager to maintain a smooth information flow.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve issues concerning pricing, terms, deductions, product availability, and shipment delays.
  • Maintain internal forecasts, generate reports, and prepare presentations for sales meetings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer development, supply chain, etc.) to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor customer sales by division and conduct analyses for forecasting, trend identification, presentations, accruals, rebates, and internal reporting.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Examine production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to assess material types, quantities, availability, and customer order priorities.
  • Create internal work orders and review production schedules to ensure material availability aligns with customer order priorities.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to enhance quality and reduce costs, including ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Procure materials and services efficiently while minimizing costs.
  • Issue purchase orders based on MRP demands and exceptional requirements.
