We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Liquid I.V. as an Associate Manager of Sales Excellence. This role will play a pivotal part in optimizing the efficiency of our sales team and ensuring the Field Sales team succeeds with their customers by providing top-notch sales operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the creation and distribution of key Marketing Assets, including Evergreen content, Innovation, Product Images, Lifestyle, Ads, sell sheets, customer decks, copy, scannable UPCs, and flat art.
- Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Team on projects supporting Field Sales, including assisting with Display-related matters.
- Be the point of contact with the Operations team for all Field Sales matters, including first-ship dates, PO timing, and other related issues.
- Work with the Project Management team in commercializing innovation, including leading the completion of charters and developing launch materials.
- Develop and implement a Marketing asset strategy, including the creation of decks, lit cards, video, sell sheets, and other key Marketing materials.
- Ensure healthy in-stock levels with our Distributors by reviewing Inventory Reports.
- Maintain our Retailer portals to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Maintain a library of key internal resources, including Certifications, Ingredient Lists, product images, packaging flats, and other key Marketing materials.
- Be the voice of the sales team for retailer requirements during New Item Reviews.
- Assist with the end-to-end process of ordering sales samples for the team.
- Partner with the Demand team to forecast sample quantities and maintain in-stock levels at warehouses.
- Forecast demand for innovation samples.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of working experience in a sales support role.
- Previous experience in a sales communication and/or sales support role, preferably in a consumer product goods company.
- Understanding of the basic terms and practices of CPG sales.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience using MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong collaboration and personal interaction skills.
- Creative problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales and/or analytical experience managing multiple priorities.
