Role Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a sales team to provide exceptional customer service, fostering brand loyalty and facilitating positive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer experience at the retail level by establishing expectations for excellence in store operations, talent development, and product expertise.
- Guide, challenge, and inspire Store Managers to elevate their performance and encourage their teams to do the same.
- Create a supportive environment where team members are empowered to deliver tailored customer service solutions that align with corporate objectives.
- Initiate and oversee business transformation initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning that nurtures knowledgeable and skilled teams.
- Maintain responsibility for daily and monthly inventory assessments.
- Ensure adherence to company cash handling protocols.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years in retail leadership, ideally within the wireless retail sector, though experience in other retail environments such as Quick Service Restaurants is also considered.
- Required experience in multi-unit management.
- Proven ability to recruit and mentor staff.
- Experience in training and performance evaluation of employees.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
