Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Maverick Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our regional branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mortgage origination management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional sales and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong operations and computer systems exposure, with proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
