Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) division. This role involves overseeing our high-purity packaging and chemical delivery systems portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, supply chain, technology, finance, and other business functions. Collaboration with a diverse international team will be essential to address complex challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to product information inquiries from customers, sales, and customer service using Entegris systems.
  • Work closely with customer quality and account teams to enhance factory capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Customer Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering, to resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate with factory and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and identify long-term process improvements.
  • Assist Product Managers in providing strategic, technical, and pricing support for sales proposals.
  • Engage with Engineering on internal product change control processes.
  • Review service exams and failure analysis reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage product literature, including brochures, user manuals, and technical sheets.
  • Partner with Product Managers on evaluating internal investments and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or a Science-related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor materials industry, with a background in technical engineering roles transitioning to business-focused positions.
  • Proven leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and technologies.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with return-on-investment and cost of ownership models.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve goals independently.
  • Analytical decision-making skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Willingness to participate in occasional calls outside of standard working hours and travel up to 10-15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor raw materials packaging or sub-fab chemical delivery.
  • Previous roles as a product manager, program manager, or project manager.
  • Familiarity with 8D Problem Solving Methodology.
