Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to teamwork and community service
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Proficiency in MicroStation Open Roads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Active Professional Engineer registration in Arkansas or eligibility to obtain
  • Familiarity with municipal and Department of Transportation standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
