Job Summary

SBM Management Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting, and other floor maintenance tasks.
  • Surface Care: Dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, and cleaning blinds and draperies.
  • Waste Removal: Emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas.
  • Light Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinets/rooms, and performing other minor maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Custodial Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Background Check: Passing a background check will be required.
  • Driving Ability: Must be willing to drive PIV (forklift, ride-on scrubber, etc.).
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to be on their feet most of the night and walk from place to place.
Work Schedule

Sunday-Tuesday: 5:00pm-3:30am

Every other Wednesday: 5:00pm-3:30am

Compensation

$15.50 per hour
