Job Title: Floor Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our commercial and office spaces are clean and orderly. This includes performing repetitive tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and following all company procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with other employees in a team to complete assignments.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors, including tile, carpet, and brick flooring.
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain equipment properly.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction.
  • Report safety hazards as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred.
  • A drug test will be required, and 3+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Floor Care experience and using machinery are required.
  • General Knowledge of Care Floor and Scrubbing Techniques is necessary.

Compensation and Shift:

The compensation for this position is $15.00-$16.00 per hour. The shift for this position is Thursday 9:00pm-7:30am, Friday 9:00pm-7:30am, Saturday 9:00pm-7:30am, and every other Wednesday 9:00pm-7:30am.
