POSITION SUMMARY:
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in managing influencer partnerships across various brands and content sectors. This position involves supporting daily operations, including influencer research, management, and campaign execution for multiple clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the daily workflow of influencer marketing initiatives for diverse brands
Assist in creating materials (e.g., presentations) for new business proposals and client campaigns
Stay informed about trending and emerging talent, while actively identifying industry trends and platform developments
Support the delegation of tasks and management of Influencer Marketing Interns

Campaign Development (Talent Acquisition & Negotiation):
Assist in the talent identification and qualification process with meticulous attention to detail, including brand safety content assessments, audience evaluations, and vetting procedures
Monitor client management tasks, including creative briefings, timelines, deliverables, and creative reviews

Campaign Execution (Management & Analysis):
Oversee the internal TikTok Creator Marketplace software, including the creation of new tracking funnels for various brand clients
Manage the internal CreatorIQ platform as necessary for campaign oversight and reporting
Compile campaign reports by gathering relevant data
Facilitate cross-departmental communications and collaborative presentations
Develop client materials, including talent overview slides, strategic decks, social tracking documents, and campaign reports

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing within an agency setting
Established relationships with influencers and talent managers/agents are advantageous
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
A genuine passion for social media and influencer marketing, with a keen understanding of social trends and platforms
This is a full-time role that is currently remote, aligning with West Coast hours.
