Position Responsibilities:

This role is essential in delivering a positive client experience that enhances client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing transactions in a dynamic environment.
  • Introducing products and services tailored to meet client needs.
  • Connecting clients promptly with the appropriate team members to fulfill their requirements.
  • Educating clients on performing simple transactions through self-service technologies.

  • Expand business knowledge and network by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments.

Required Qualifications:

  • A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving results in the best interest of clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to improving clients' financial lives.
  • Effective and confident communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients.
  • Adaptability to learn new information and technology platforms.
  • Adherence to established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Comfort in discussing clients' financial goals and introducing relevant services and products.
  • Minimum of six months of client service experience in financial services, retail sales, or a results-driven environment.
  • Alternatively, completion of the Bank of America financial center internship program may substitute for the experience requirement.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Experience in environments with individual and team goals, consistently meeting or exceeding those goals.
