Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Location: Longmont/Frederick Area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with order processing and client inquiries.
  • Accurately input orders for approval and production.
  • Handle a significant volume of data entry for all incoming orders.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Managers regarding customer needs.
  • Follow up with clients on both new and existing orders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service within an office environment.
  • Proficient in data entry or order management.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
