Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates through effective yield management and upselling techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Manage front office systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement controls for expense management and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a front office leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in property management systems and hotel software.
  • Advanced knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
