Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to oversee essential clerical and administrative tasks that contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for new accounts and manage other formal communications.
- Engage with financial institutions via phone and email to address discrepancies and facilitate the funding process for new accounts.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism.
- Establish and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Execute additional office responsibilities as required.
