Key Responsibilities:

General Support:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure seamless office operations, including maintaining files, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Reviews and edits documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Responds to inquiries and resolves issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assists with expense reports, purchase orders, and office supply management.
  • Updates organizational charts and coordinates department or equipment moves.

Reception:

  • Greets visitors and responds to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and tact.
  • Serves as the central contact for general department information.

Logistics:

  • Coordinates meeting, event, and travel arrangements, including venue selection, room setup, catering, and materials delivery.
  • Manages calendars and ensures that travel policy is followed to provide cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements.
  • Works with internal and external contacts to plan and execute events.

Presentations:

  • Creates high-quality graphic and text presentations using computer skills.
  • Interprets needs and determines effective presentation layout and organization.
  • Prepares special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from various sources.
  • Maintains and updates ongoing reports or databases.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in administrative support or a related field.

Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
