Position Overview:
The Receptionist will be responsible for delivering exceptional front desk services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with client personnel to ensure efficient front office operations.
2. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
3. Accurately record messages for individuals who are unavailable.
4. Warmly welcome and announce visitors in a professional manner.
5. Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and lobby.
6. Order and replenish office supplies as necessary.
7. Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned.
8. Coordinate scheduling for conference rooms.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar position.
- Background in client service is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in managing complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment prior to starting.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (In-office position, no remote work available).

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.50 to $23.08, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
