About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for building, developing, and evaluating learning solutions that support our evolving customer experience in stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • In partnership with the Strategic Selling Manager, assess and implement an evolved selling model that enhances the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, field partners, and stakeholders to understand target audience and content needs.
  • Create innovative training resources to build, retain, and sustain field knowledge and behaviors related to future selling strategies and initiatives.
  • Influence and partner to provide a field-led filter to learning solutions, including role-specific training for District Sales Leaders, store-level leadership, and associates.
  • Consistently gather feedback to assess gaps, patterns, and recommend solutions.
  • Apply project management fundamentals to build detailed and attainable project plans.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in instructional design or creating learning content via different modes of delivery.
  • Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred.
  • Proven success at establishing rapport with business partners at multiple levels, working on larger teams, and collaborative work habits.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-oriented.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify issues/opportunities and drive alignment and prioritization.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening, probing for understanding, and articulating messages in a clear and concise manner.
  • Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Creative Suites application skills.
  • Travel requirements 20%.
