Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a closely related discipline.
  • State certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education.
  • Preferred additional endorsements or certifications in Special Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored for students with hearing impairments.
  • Modify and adapt teaching materials and techniques to cater to diverse student needs.
  • Work collaboratively with general education instructors, families, and other professionals to enhance student learning.

Required Certifications:
