Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a key member of our Strategic Selling team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions that enhance the customer experience in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Strategic Selling Manager to assess and implement an evolved selling model that improves customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, field partners, and stakeholders to understand target audience and content needs, and develop learning and performance outcomes.
- Create engaging training resources, including videos, eLearnings, instructor-led meetings, and reference materials, to build and sustain field knowledge and behaviors.
- Influence and partner with field leaders to provide a field-led filter to learning solutions, including role-specific training for District Sales Leaders, store-level leadership, and associates.
- Consistently gather feedback to assess gaps and recommend solutions to improve results.
- Apply project management fundamentals to build detailed and attainable project plans, including tracking, milestones, deliverables, and communication/review cadences.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or creating learning content via different modes of delivery.
- Retail background and store selling/operations experience preferred.
- Proven success in establishing rapport with business partners at multiple levels, working on larger teams, and collaborative work habits.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-oriented, with the ability to handle and lead multiple, complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues/opportunities and drive alignment and prioritization.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, probing for understanding, and articulating messages in a clear and concise manner.
- Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Creative Suites application skills.
- Travel requirements: 20%.
