Insurance Operations Coordinator

Job Description
At Tadlock Roofing Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Production Administrator to join our team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operation within the Insurance Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service, logging internal and external communications in CRM, and proactively following up with client reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Additionally, the Insurance Production Administrator will oversee material ordering, production scheduling, and setup of job site processes to maintain operational efficiency. They will also communicate relevant production information to production staff, insurance, and homeowners to ensure smooth production and job satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality customer service for every job.
- Logging all internal and external communications in CRM for comprehensive record-keeping.
- Proactively following up with client reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee material ordering, production scheduling, and setup of job site processes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Communicate relevant production information to production staff, insurance, and homeowners to ensure smooth production and job satisfaction.
- Assist with inspection scheduling as necessary.
- Facilitate any necessary subcontractor scopes of work.
- Provide routine divisional production updates to branches and management.
- Prepare jobs for invoicing and send invoices/job completion documents as necessary.
- Track warranty and postproduction issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
