Position Overview:

Hello Neighbor is on the lookout for exceptional candidates to fill the role of HR and Operations Coordinator. This position is integral to our Operations team, directly reporting to the Director of Finance and collaborating closely with the Staff Accountant and Office Manager to enhance our organizational functions across human resources, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing and manage HR information system data.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and training for a new payroll/HRIS system.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of all operational processes and policies.
  • Support external auditing and monitoring requirements while adhering to internal policies.
  • Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess a systems-oriented mindset, be solution-focused, and have a passion for data management and analysis. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and propose innovative solutions in a dynamic nonprofit setting. We value adaptability and potential over specific prior experience.

Work Environment:
