Position Overview

Are you prepared to take on a pivotal role in enhancing our financial operations? We are looking for exceptional talent to join the Treasury division at Northwest Exterminating.

Role Summary
The Senior Treasury Analyst will be instrumental in managing treasury functions and will report directly to the Senior Treasury Manager. This role is dedicated to optimizing treasury operations with a focus on process enhancements while utilizing advanced systems and innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee treasury operations, including daily cash management, cash forecasting, and management of foreign exchange, debt, and investments.
  • Engage in ongoing enhancements of cash management, debt, investment, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and automation of cash flow forecasts by utilizing internal systems and third-party tools.
  • Prepare and maintain periodic documentation related to credit agreements and debt compliance, including calculations for interest payments and fees.
  • Manage bank account documentation and authorized signatories as required.
  • Conduct variance analysis for bank fees and liaise with banks regarding discrepancies.
  • Utilize expertise in treasury technology and systems (such as Kyriba, Power BI, JD Edwards) to streamline processes and assist in the deployment of new Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
  • Analyze requirements for TMS implementation and integration.
  • Design and define dashboards, interfaces, and reports in TMS to meet management requirements efficiently.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial guidance concerning cash management and banking services.
  • Support the Treasury team with daily cash positioning, electronic funds transfers, debt management, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Participate in global change management initiatives related to cash and banking, supporting strategic projects.
  • Provide daily assistance for merchant processing needs and analyze credit card fees and structures.
  • Manage chargeback and dispute resolution processes for credit and debit card transactions.
  • Assist with the administration of the Electronic Funds Transfer Portal.

Work Environment
This position offers the potential for hybrid work arrangements after the onboarding and training period. It is estimated that the initial training will require 3 months of on-site presence to ensure effectiveness in the role.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate treasury or banking.
  • CTP designation is preferred.
  • Experience with online banking platforms and treasury management systems is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, coupled with robust analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and other Microsoft Power Apps or automation tools is advantageous.
