About the Job

This is a challenging opportunity to join the Department of the Treasury as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of various programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve program objectives, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and external business partners, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Project Management: Apply project management principles and techniques to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the application of best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one year of specialized experience in program management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply project management principles and techniques.
