Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Analyst, your primary duties will include:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive analytical studies and projects aimed at evaluating the effectiveness and productivity of mission-driven programs.
  • Data Analysis: Examine program functions to identify trends and measure performance against established benchmarks.
  • Process Improvement: Serve as the subject matter expert in process analysis, creating methodologies to assess the costs and benefits of various programs.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting findings and drafting policy documents.
