Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Americas Cash Manager, supporting the Global Cash Operations team. This role primarily involves overseeing, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on critical treasury metrics. The individual will work closely with the corporate treasury and finance group. This position is office-based in our Atlanta, Georgia headquarters.

Essential Duties:
  • Provide operational assistance to the Americas cash operations lead.
  • Ensure robust financial controls are in place to protect company assets, financial reporting, and documentation.
  • Compile Americas cash positioning data and analytics utilizing available reports and/or bank statement data within our Treasury Management System (TMS) - Kyriba.
  • Develop cash flow forecasts.
  • Support, analyze, and review debt repayments for reporting and debt module updates in Kyriba.
  • Assist Treasury with acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects while overseeing integration activities.
  • Analyze, review, and report on bank fees.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at reducing bank fees.
  • Support the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer with ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Assist in the monthly and quarterly closing processes, including SOX compliance and external reporting.
  • Engage in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment within a multicultural setting.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related business discipline.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Treasury.
  • Accounting skills in Oracle Cloud are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
