Job Description:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with complex needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating individualized plans to address behavioral issues or deficits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate individuals' behavior, skills, and needs.
  • Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that cater to each individual's unique requirements.
  • Oversight of the implementation of these plans to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintaining accurate records of behavior and skill acquisition data to track progress and modify intervention plans as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must possess a Master's degree or higher in education, special education, ABA, or a related field. Additionally, you should hold National BCBA certification through the BACB and have previous experience working in school settings.
