Position Summary:

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will join a dynamic go-to-market team that fosters an entrepreneurial atmosphere, encouraging professional growth while engaging with cutting-edge technologies in observability, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cyber security. This role has been created in response to our sustained success over the past decade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement proof-of-value installations to demonstrate our solutions' effectiveness.
  • Conduct technical training sessions based on findings from proof-of-value engagements.
  • Effectively communicate with prospects, addressing their needs through strong verbal and written skills.
  • Contribute significantly to a collaborative team environment while enhancing team dynamics.
  • Employ critical thinking throughout the sales process, including customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Create documentation aimed at prospects to facilitate understanding of our offerings.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within the designated regions.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in technical roles such as Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, preferably in IT consulting services focused on product engineering or cyber security.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or service delivery.
  • Strong grasp of observability concepts and related technologies.
  • A proven history of managing complex projects and achieving successful results.
  • Experience in closing intricate IT consulting services with enterprise clients and supporting sales teams.
  • Background in a high-growth startup environment is advantageous.
