  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of observability concepts and technologies.
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving successful results.
  • Experience in closing intricate IT consulting services with enterprise clients and supporting sales teams.
  • Background in a high-growth startup environment is advantageous.
