About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team at East West Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and deepen existing relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with commercial lending business partners, private banking, and other stakeholders to execute sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Ability to drive the priorities of the business and develop a plan to drive growth.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending and/or private banking with a proven sales track record.
  • Strong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans, and/or industry-focused lending.
  • In-depth knowledge of banks, credit, and deposit products.
  • Strong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, results-oriented, and work well in a team environment.
What We Offer
