Human Resources Business Partner

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team in Duluth, GA. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions while acting as a strategic partner to various business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support in areas such as performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to promote professional growth and skill enhancement within the organization.
- Performance Management: Support management in implementing performance appraisal systems, providing coaching on performance-related issues, and facilitating employee development plans.
- Employee Benefits: Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and compliance, while educating employees on available options.
- HR Policy and Procedure: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- HR Metrics and Analysis: Utilize data to analyze HR metrics and trends, making recommendations for improvements in processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR business partnering.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Compensation: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
