Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at National Vision. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, leadership skills, and experience working with data visualization tools. You will work closely with executive management and various department heads to execute project deliverables efficiently and promote data-driven competencies and maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators and develop reports to track and measure performance and trends
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs, analyze datasets, and maintain data accuracy within BI systems
  • Develop and manage the life cycles of organizational dashboards and reports
  • Design interactive dashboards and reports to clearly visualize key metrics
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business/financial/data analysis, including data relationship management, data warehousing, and dashboard and report development
  • Proven experience in a wide range of analytical, quantitative, and statistical techniques and tools
  • 4-6 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Power BI
  • 2-4 years of experience with financial calculations and metrics
  • 4-6 years of knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certificate
