Job Title: SFHP Program Supervisor

Brilliant Corners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SFHP Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Services Department, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Housing Coordinators and Senior Housing Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of our SFHP programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Housing Coordinators and Senior Housing Coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery and program compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director, Program Manager, and Housing Acquisitions Manager to develop and implement program strategies and policies.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to Housing Coordinators and Senior Housing Coordinators to ensure effective program implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide individual supervision to Housing Coordinators and Senior Housing Coordinators to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including referring agencies and case management partners, to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations in a housing or similar program.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and implementing programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of supportive housing and housing first principles, as well as regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
