Job Title: Program Supervisor - San Francisco Housing PlatformJob Summary:

Brilliant Corners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Supervisor to join our San Francisco Housing Platform team. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housing programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Housing Coordinators and Senior Housing Coordinators to ensure the successful implementation of our housing programs.
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a housing or social services organization.
  • Proven track record of success in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
