Job Title: Program Supervisor

At Felton Institute, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Housing Support Program, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and integrated treatment services to our tenants.

Job Summary

The Program Supervisor will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide onsite support to residents in the RCA and Richardson apartments. This includes creating a welcoming community milieu, collaborating with property management, and attending meetings with building partners and funders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and integrated treatment services to tenants.
  • Create a welcoming community milieu within the apartment building.
  • Collaborate with property management to support tenants in maintaining stable independent housing.
  • Attend meetings with building partners, funders, and external partners.
  • Participate in Officer of the Day rotation to manage crises, drop-ins, and wellness checks.
  • Perform intakes and comprehensive psychiatric assessments for adults and older adults with psychiatric and dual diagnoses.
  • Provide crisis intervention and management to prevent eviction and hospitalization.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to stabilize clients and prevent psychiatric de-compensation.
  • Provide case management services, including evaluations, service plan development, and coordination with other service providers.
  • Maintain thorough clinical records and oversee the documentation of the clinical team.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work or other Professional Counseling Programs.
  • Previous experience in leadership, preferably within a residential setting.
  • Registered with an active license with BBS, including intern level ASWs, AMFTs, and APCCs.
  • Experience in case management and mental health treatment for at-risk adults and/or older adults, including co-occurring disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Specialty Mental Health Services under the Department of Health Care Services definitions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Computer skills proficiency in electronic health care records, Zoom, Box, Microsoft/Outlook applications, and other technologies as needed.
