Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Manager to lead our ticket operations team. This role will oversee all aspects of ticket sales, customer service, and event management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of ticket office and event staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ticket operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Paciolan, eQuery, and eVenue ticketing systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
