Director of Growth Marketing Los Angeles

As a key member of the Modern Animal team, the Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will require a strong understanding of marketing channels, data analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Lead a team of growth marketers to achieve marketing goals and objectives
- Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
