Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Commonwealth Motors. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and create a loyal customer base
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be knowledgeable about our product offerings, including new and used vehicles, optional packages, and the latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to ensure referral business and maintain a positive reputation
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Stay up-to-date on all factory training and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Ability to learn new product knowledge quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
