Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Commonwealth Motors. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and create a loyal customer base
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be knowledgeable about our product offerings, including new and used vehicles, optional packages, and the latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles
- Follow up with customers to ensure referral business and maintain a positive reputation
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Stay up-to-date on all factory training and product knowledge
Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to learn new product knowledge quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
