About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment and supplies to customers while also providing education and training to patients and their families on the safe and proper use of medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure timely and safe delivery of medical equipment and supplies
  • Provide comprehensive education and training to patients and their families on the safe and proper use of medical equipment
  • Collaborate with internal team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and training sessions
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent are also required.
