Oral Surgery Appointment Manager

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients from scheduling to check-in. This role requires strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, with good judgment and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and assist them as necessary.
- Answer phones promptly and schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
- Prepare daily schedules for each provider and manage patient flow to reduce wait time.
- Collect patient financial responsibility, prepare patient charts, and maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Maintain professional relationships with referring offices and ensure confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
