About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Services Specialist to join our team at AMS, Association Management Services. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized individual who is able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth communication with owners and board members.
  • Oversee project logistics, including bidding and contractor management.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage meeting logistics.
  • Perform compliance duties in the Tri-Cities area with a gas allowance.
