The opportunity is for the Agile Project Facilitator role within the Performance & Decision Analytics Data Modeling team, part of the F-35 Sustainment DSA organization.


Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will encompass (but are not limited to) the scheduling and oversight of activities necessary to execute the following tasks:
1) Evaluation of Data Model Elements/Attributes
2) Development and delivery of contractually mandated data sets
3) Analyzing historical changes and performance trends of data elements/attributes
4) Documenting methodologies and procedures for constructing data model attributes.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience/combined education, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience; or no professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
  • Relevant technical background with a focus on modeling, data manipulation, and/or the application of mathematical and statistical techniques to business and risk management challenges.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven experience in the following areas: 1) Serving in an Agile Project Facilitator capacity 2) Managing intricate projects to successful completion 3) Allocating requirements to timelines 4) Familiarity with data modeling, data manipulation, and data analysis/science.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Mural, JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
  • SAFE Agile Certification.
  • Programming skills in Python, R, SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization software.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Background in analyzing supply chain networks, descriptive and predictive modeling, statistics, time series analysis, optimization, and simulation.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skills in data preparation and transformation.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Work Arrangement:
Part-time Remote Telework:

The selected candidate will have a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with time spent at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports various flexible work schedules that provide additional options for our employees. Schedules may range from a standard 40-hour work week to condensed formats that allow for extra time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour days, with 3 days off each week.
