Job Overview

Position Summary:
As a Senior Project Coordinator at Scaleneworks, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple high-paced projects with distributed teams. Your role will involve:

  • Project Management: Directing all facets of concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Development: Crafting comprehensive product roadmaps for data delivery and executing engineering initiatives.
  • Resource Management: Optimizing resource allocation and scheduling for onshore and offshore support.
  • Agile Methodology: Leading project scope management, daily standups, agile ceremonies, and retrospective sessions.
  • Facilitation: Conducting essential project meetings, including Discovery Sessions, Iteration Planning, and Daily Stand-ups.
  • Status Tracking: Proactively updating and communicating project status regarding progress, budget, resource utilization, and risk management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with stakeholders at all management levels to ensure project priorities align with business needs.
  • Team Mentorship: Guiding Agile teams in adopting and effectively utilizing Agile practices.
  • Business Analysis: Employing analytical techniques to gather and document complex requirements and facilitate system design and implementation.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in broad-based information systems and business roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing Data Engineering/Analytics projects using structured methodologies like Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Agile practices.
- 5 years of progressive experience in information systems and business roles.

Skills and Certifications:
- Certification as a ScrumMaster or PMP is advantageous.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with various computing platforms and Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure Dev Ops.
