About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Sales Representative. As a key member of our national route-based food business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the iconic Schwan's yellow truck to deliver frozen foods to customers' homes while maintaining a safe and efficient route.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Seek out and establish new customers for the route system in assigned areas.
- Make sales presentations to prospective customers and inform them of new products, promotional products, and any specials.
- Work independently as part of a team of motivated individuals who share similar values.
What We Offer:
- A competitive total rewards package that meets the needs of today's employees.
- A guaranteed daily-base pay with commission on a weekly basis.
- Eligibility for vacation and holiday pay, multiple health, dental, and vision plans, Employee Incentive Program, and a 401(k) plan with a company contribution.
- A reliable schedule starting mid-morning until mid-evening (average 10-hour day).
- Most weekends off.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification.
