Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain a positive and therapeutic living environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Provide direct care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Associate's degree in a related field (e.g. human services, psychology, social work) or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience working in a residential or clinical setting, preferably with youth or individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift and transfer 70-75 pounds, as well as work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
