- Uncompromising commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction
- Results-driven and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
As a Customer Service Supervisor at Associa, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service. Please note that this role requires the ability to work second shift to support our overnight team. Hours are 12:00 pm CST to 8:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday, with some weekends required.
