Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at NVR, Inc. As a Part-Time Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to NVR homeowners, resolving their concerns, and finding solutions to create a positive outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete paid training to learn and demonstrate proficiency with standard operating procedures and systems/technology
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Manage and respond to customer service issues via phone and email in a timely manner
- Accurately capture and record details of customer service requests in the CRM system while speaking with callers
- Communicate directly with field warranty employees to coordinate an action plan for homeowner's concerns
- Keep current with knowledge of NVR products and warranty procedures
What We Look For in a Candidate
- 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, build rapport, and manage relationships over the phone
- Highly-driven proactive problem solver
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient typing skills with the ability to document call notes during customer interactions
- Familiarity with the Homebuilding industry or NVR's products is a plus
