Job Title: Key Account Representative

Position Overview: As the Key Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationship with a key retail partner. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our products meet their sales targets and maintaining a strong partnership that drives mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for all business matters.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast product demand accurately. Develop promotional strategies and plans to optimize sales and inventory turnover.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Use insights to identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service delivery, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes that support long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
