About the Role

Growth and Innovation: Tandem Diabetes Care is a leader in the diabetes technology industry, dedicated to creating new possibilities for people living with diabetes and their healthcare providers. We're seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to promote Tandem products and services within your territory.
  • Identify and establish business relationships with potential customers, including patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide account sales support and continuing education on the technical use of insulin pump therapy.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialists to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • BS/BA from a four-year college or university.
  • 3+ years of related industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, or managed care.
  • Ability to travel at least 80% within your assigned territory.
  • Motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
