Job Summary:

STV is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Engineering Specialist to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and transportation planning, with excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transportation projects involving feasibility studies, alternative analysis, public involvement, and design of roadway, traffic, stormwater, transit, and active transportation facilities.
  • Develop and implement transportation design plans, including roadway design, utility coordination, and production of roadway sheets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery, including data collection, technical analyses, and written documentation.
  • Utilize industry-standard software, including Microstation, AutoCAD, OpenRoads, Civil3D, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office, to design and produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including DOT, City, and County agencies, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Successful completion of the FE exam (EIT certification).
