Job Responsibilities

  • Perform technical design calculations and research materials and equipment to prepare specifications.
  • Prepare drawings and specifications to meet project needs, adhering to applicable regulatory requirements and design criteria with the support of a project design team.
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneously.
  • Prepare and review design reports, and lead or assist in public and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Colorado or the ability to obtain it within one year.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoDesk Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software.
  • Valid driver's license and capability to operate motorized vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Construction Engineering.
  • Project management experience.
  • Prior experience in an engineering consulting role.
