Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at our Vancouver - 88th St. Dental Clinic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for coordinating dental appointments, managing patient data, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate dental appointments and manage patient schedules
  • Process new patient data and maintain accurate records
  • Assist dental providers with front office tasks and ensure efficient patient flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous dental receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to type 35-45 wpm and process multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
